Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Carpenter at SM Interior cabinets in Atwater, CA. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects, managing a team of carpenters, interpreting blueprints, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with project managers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Physical stamina and strength
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in carpentry is a plus
